COVID-19 Business Practices.

During the next few months or as long as Stay At Home Orders are in place Axelrad & Associates Home Inspections, LLC will provide limited home inspection services.  This decision is based on clarification from the Louisiana Governor’s office and the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors:

“According to Section 5 of 33 JBE 2020, a home inspection business can remain open and serve the public, as ordered by the Governor provided:

 

1. They reduce operations to continue with minimum contact with members of the public and essential employees
2. They require proper social distancing
3. They require the 10-person limitation on gathering size.”

 

 

Accordingly, home inspections will be scheduled and conducted with the following limitations:

 

• Only vacant properties will be inspected

• Only 1 person be present to let inspector into the property

 

All Axelrad & Associates inspectors have completed the COVID-19 online safety course offered by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and will also be wearing personal protective equipment such as Gloves, and Masks when possible.
