  • Re-inspection 15 items or less including crawl space or attic – $190
  • Re-inspection 16-30 Items Including crawl space or attic – $380
  • Pre-closing walkthrough with a verbal report only – $175
  • Foundation Level Survey – Relative Elevation Differential (alone) – $195
  • Level Survey – Relative Elevation Differential FREE with a full inspection, if appropriate
